Two years ago I was welcomed with a great opportunity to attend the VPD Student Challenge. This is a one week long program which gives an introduction to the training someone goes to when entering into the Vancouver police department. It gave me an introduction to policing with simulation situations, fitness testing, class sessions and more. It ensured that policing is the career I want to go into.
